Study Room Booking

To book a study room, click on "My Account" and log in with your Emerson username and password

Study Room Booking

Click on "Reservations" and select "Library Study and Viewing Rooms" from the drop-down window to begin.

Study Room Booking

Select the date and time you want and if you want any particular AV equipment.

**Note: You can only make 1 reservation per day for a maximum of 2 hours**

Click "Find Space" to continue

Study Room Booking

Select the study room you want by clicking the green plus sign (317, 318, 339, and 340 are on the 3rd floor; 419A-E are on the 4th floor; etc).

Then read and confirm that you have read the terms and conditions and click "Continue."

Study Room Booking

Fill out the form and submit your booking.

Event Name: Your name or your group's name

Group: your Emerson status, probably STUDENT

Contact: should auto-populate

Email: your Emerson email

Troubleshooting

You cannot make more than 1 reservation per day.

Each reservation can be for no more than 2 hours.

You can only make reservation during times that the library is open. Check our hours here: http://www.emerson.edu/academics/academic-services/library/about-library/hours

Certificate

Please enter your name and email address to retrieve a copy of your completed quiz.

You can enter multiple email addresses separated by commas. If you are doing this for a class, you may need to enter your instructor's email address also.
